Terms of Use

By creating an account you accept these terms. Tactora is a service provided by Robert Croll, self-employed (autónomo), NIE Y2200726P, Spain.

  1. Who can use it: you must be 16 or older. Keep your password secure.
  2. What Tactora does: it turns your spoken, typed or sketched drill into a board, text and, optionally, an animation. The service is in early access: features may change and it may occasionally be unavailable.
  3. Your drills are yours: you keep all rights to your drills, sketches and badge. You permit us to store, process and display them only to run the service, including showing a drill to anyone you share it with.
  4. Check the AI's work: boards, text and coaching points are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. You're responsible for checking a drill is safe and suitable for your players' age and level.
  5. Players' data: refer to players by shirt number only, never by name. Names you say or type are replaced with numbers before saving. Don't upload identifiable photos of players or enter any other details about them.
  6. Fair use: daily AI limits apply. Don't get around them, overload the service, access other coaches' data, or upload anything illegal, offensive or that you don't have rights to.
  7. Club badges and names: only upload ones you're entitled to use.
  8. Ending your account: delete it any time in Settings (your drills and files are deleted). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning where possible.
  9. Price: currently free. If paid plans come, we'll tell you in advance and nothing is charged without your agreement.
  10. Liability: we provide the service with due care. You decide how each drill is carried out on the pitch and must adapt it to your players' age and level. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not permit it, particularly for personal injury caused by our fault or negligence, or your consumer rights.
  11. Changes: we'll tell you in the app before important changes apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
  12. Law and courts: Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts where you live. In other cases, the courts of Palma have jurisdiction.
